Dr. Brian Hoagburg has an unwavering commitment to creating beautiful and healthy smiles for his patients. He believes that he can transform his patients’ lives by providing them with high-quality, patient-focused orthodontic care. He is thrilled to work directly alongside his father and carry on his excellence in clinical orthodontics. He looks forward to continuing to provide the Hoagburg Smile to the Fort Wayne and Auburn communities.

Dr. Brian met his wife, Emma, at Miami University and got married in November of 2020. They look forward to moving to Fort Wayne with their two dogs Benny and Max (brother of Dr. Steve Hoagburg’s beloved dog, Mandi). Dr. Brian enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, skiing and is an avid Colts and Indiana Hoosiers fan.

As an orthodontist, Dr. Rachel is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while forming meaningful, lasting connections. It is truly a privilege to be a part of such a transformative journey. From the initial consultation to the moment braces come off, it is an honor to provide exceptional care for each patient.


Dr. Rachel met her husband, Ryan, during dental school in Philadelphia. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, reading, traveling and exploring new cultures, spending time on the lake, snowboarding, and cheering on Purdue basketball. Dr. Rachel and Ryan have loved making Fort Wayne their home and are very excited to continue growing roots in the community and giving back in meaningful ways.
