They make you feel like family, they take the time to get to know each patient and their family and truly care about you and your family’s wellbeing. They always greet you with a smile and you are always treated with respect. I have NEVER had a bad interaction with anyone at their office from doctors all the way to receptionists my family and I have ALWAYS been treated well. I like that you aren’t made to feel dumb if you have a question and you aren’t made to feel bad if you call in for broken hardware (yes, I had the previously listed issues with another orthodontist in Fort Wayne). To say you feel like part of their family is an understatement and I could never say enough great things about this office! I look forward to many years (we have 8 kids) of treatment with this office! Thanks guys for being amazing individuals!
